Biennale of Nicaraguan Visual Arts, Central American Biennial, International Cuenca Biennial, São Paulo Biennial, Havana Biennial, Berlin Biennale, and EVA International (Ireland).
RECENTLY COMMISSIONED PROJECT:
"Bodas de trapo" [Rag Weddings] (1996). Installation for the Berlin Biennale, with nine heads at ground-level that return to their original position when pushed with a foot. Through a motion sensor, six of the heads emit a series of sound recordings downloaded from the internet (speeches or gunfire, for example), most related to the political situation in Nicaragua.
ENIGMATIC PROJECTS:
"Crisálida" [Crysalis] (1997), "Sísifa" [Sisypha] (2002), and "Diálogo 3" [Dialogue 3] (2019).
